A Little History …

From the South-East of Roussillon in France, Banyuls wines are naturally sweet and typically enjoyed as an aperitif or dessert wine. They typically offer aromas of baked fruits and sweet spices.

Domaine de Valcros’s vineyards are situated on the coastal town of Collioure. The region produces delicious fortified wines using mainly Grenache red wine grape variety. The region produces rare fortified wines packed with ripe, red fruit flavours. And this Banyuls 2016 is no exception!
