Double Pinot ‘Pet-Nat’, Saddle Goose 2022 – Essex – England

Saddle Goose is a small craft wine company that’s passionate about English grapes and wine production. They aim to push the boundaries of what’s possible with English wine, whilst tread lightly on our environment and making positive change in the world.

A light, fresh and dry sparkling wine made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. Flavours of strawberry, peaches and rhubarb.

Wild fermentation, unfined, unfiltered and vegan friendly.

Minimal intervention winemaking.

Saddlegoose is a tiny project founded by Adam Collins, where he produces a very small number of bottles in Kent from organic growers across the country. Adam is passionate about the sustainability of Saddlegoose, so he only uses recycled bottles and label materials, as well as donates 5% of all proceeds to the British Waterfowl Association.
