The delightful Domaine de L’Herbe Sainte, in the Eastern Minervois, is just on the edge of the delightful small village of Mirepeisset.

Bright, deep red with a very typical nose of black fruit, black olive, cedar and garrigue. On the palate, a dense fruit led wine with well-integrated tannins and the same, delicious rich southern range of aromas.

The delightful Domaine de L’Herbe Sainte, in the Eastern Minervois, is just on the edge of the delightful small village of Mirepeisset.

The Greuzard family produce a lovely, rich, spicy red, Minervois Tradition,  from their own vineyards surrounding the property.

The blend is Syrah dominant with Carignan and Grenache Noir as well. All the grapes are de-stemmed. There is only a very light filtration and ageing is in stainless steel.
