‘Pomelado’ Skin Contact Dominio de Punctum 2021, La Mancha, Spain

This is the perfect entry point for anybody looking to get into orange wine. With just 14 days skin contact, this is a lighter, fresher style of orange wine that still shows the delicate almond and orange pith of the style really well. This is Sauvignon Blanc with a twist – lovely savoury notes of bruised apple along with nuts and dried orange fruit.
